Several Croydon Harrier sprinters were in action at the latest Crystal Palace indoor open meeting.

Of the eight Harriers who in action, two clocked season's bests, while Oweka Wanogho lowered his lifetime best to 6.91seconds.

Croydon’s Masters athletes brought home four silvers from the South of England indoor championships at Lee Valley on Sunday.

Mandy Rowley-Jones broke two W50 club records in the long and triple jump, and further silvers came courtesy of Andy Del Nevo (M40, pole vault) and Tony Richards (M60 shot putt). Colin Oxlade (M50, 3000m, 10.25) and Linda Harrison (W60, triple jump, 4.67m) were also in action.
